And this is how GSC starts "trolling" Madoka fans :>
This version of Madoka is like stated above a wonderfest exclusive, as for starters, her body is obviously different as this is a school uniform version. And aside from her smiling face, she comes with a worried face and a tearful one; as such, she comes with another Kyubey (I think) and at least one extra set of arms have been shown.
She will be available on the event itself and follow up pre-orders for the online release starting on July 24; her online release would be on October and she's priced for 3500 yen. Images and info from GSC's page.
