Murakami's Updates (June '09) Part 3

Hohoho, who is this beauty hiding in silhouette?
A clue for something? Maybe.

Well, another June update, hehe. Have a bunch of updates for today, not so important ones like usual, hehe. ^^

Dracula looks like he'll be revived once more...

Yes! After months of no updates from Konami except for the Akumajo Dracula: The Arcade, which I am not sure of if it'll hit the local arcade stations around, I've recently checked Castlevania Wiki for some updates and whatnot, I found out that Konami recently "announced" a new game for the PS3 *damn it why the PS3!?* and the new Castlevania installment is entitled Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, which follows Gabriel, the man in the photo, in his quest to revive his recently deceased wife. I dunno whatever happened to the PS3 game with Alucard but so far, still no friggin announcement from Konami or Kojima Igarashi himself.

The Diva is Arriving!

July 2nd... The release date of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva game for the PSP, it's almost out and I sure am eager to spend a lot of time just to play with Miku and the vocaloids, hear her sing some of her most wonderful songs and of course, see my Imouto dance, dance and DANCE! ^^

Mini-Project on temporary halt

With my recent blog about spriting Kamen Rider Decade Complete Form, I've decided to stop for a while, aside from assuring that he's freakishly difficult to sprite, I'm having problems with his arms and legs and also some external disturbances like school and such but anyway a glimpse of the current development of the sprite.

Changes from last blog are the ff.:
-Wider body
-Colored K-Touch Belt
-Partial arm implementation (no hands yet)

Akumajo and Rockman Crossover with a little "Twist"

One of the external factors that affected the development of Decade's sprite is stumbling upon this game I found in the Chapel of Resonance's Castlevania Fan games page, the game takes on the role of Relm/Realm, a previously killed warrior resurrected because of her capability to slay Medios, an evil demon who plans to rule the world. The game places you on a Castlevania-like environment, you have a big map to explore and similar Castlevania creatures that you must destroy for EXP and to progress. The game also plays like Rockman in a sense that it features a Dash and an Air Dash, very similar to how X, Zero, Axel and others do it in their games. Well the game basically allows you freedom in building your characters status as you have control on which parameter to raise on each level you gain. The game has a very interesting NSFW twist, most enemies have the ability to knock Relm down and if they're near by and you let Relm stay down on the floor for a few seconds, they'll rush at Relm and actually "do" her, allowing these actions will pollute Relm's soul which will determine which ending you get. You can also be polluted by doing dead civilians and using the darkness orb which you will later obtain in the game. Well, the game is very average, the normal areas are quite easy but the bosses surely aren't without the proper abilities. I've beaten the game after 8+ hours getting the good ending. But seriously, the bad ending's final boss is tougher compared to the good ending.

Anyway, with that said... That will be the end of my updates for today. But wait, what about the first image? It's clue for the next figure review. So watch out for it. :D
