Max Factory's Upcoming Figma Kamen Rider Dragon Knight
I pretty much acknowledge that when it comes to Riders, SHF would trump already but how can this possibly be justifiable? Well based from the previews, there's one thing that SHF wouldn't possible do, as you know, SHF's body frame is made up of really hard and solid material and this figma? The body frame is probably made up of flexible plastic and one thing it neatly features is true show accuracy, just look at the pelvic joints, completely non-visible, it's probably hidden underneath the "leather" of the costume, this is probably one thing that SHF can't par with. And as you can see, it feels pretty much like a mini Project BM! already, the finish is REALLY REALLY neat. Anyway, Dragon Knight comes with a Final Vent card, a Sword Vent, Guard Vent and Strike Vent.
Dragon Knight will be released as an SP figma, because it'd be a collab work between Max and Medicom, as stated in the site that Medicom will be the ones to release this figma. If you ask me, this guy is pretty much the best looking 14cm-ish Ryuki/Dragon Knight to date and is definitely a good alternative for those who cannot wait for SHF to make them, well, if you ask me, I'd really prefer figma for him even if there was an SHF, anyway, he's slated for a November release for 3200yen. More pics of Dragon Knight can be seen at the GSC page.

Hopefully it doesn't suffer from the FIGMA joints problem I've been experiencing, where, when you twist the arm joints, they end up in unnatural positions. That's my biggest complaint on FIGMA >__<
ReplyDelete^ I don't even encounter that, you just need to play with them more :p
