Good Smile Company's Upcoming Nendoroid Cordelia Glauca
That crazy Cordelia is so adorable in nendoroid form X3
Cordelia comes with a number of different arms, even one for when she uses her toys. Aside from the default face seen above, she comes with a closed eye face which goes perfectly with her toys arms and, of course, she's not really that crazy girl we all love and know if she doesn't have her daydreaming crazy but veeeeeeery cute face. :))
Like Elly and Nero, Cordelia comes with her possessed state, raised hair included, a different body (I think) as well as a serious face which perfectly recreates her "Cordelia Gray" state. XD

This jam packed nendoroid is scheduled for a May release for 3800 yen. Images and info from GSC's product page.

Good Smile Company's Upcoming Nendoroid Nero Yuzurizaki
Anyway, this time we have a 3rd member of the cute detective team, Milky Holmes, which is none other than Nero!
As much as I'm not a fan of her (she's my least liked of the 4), I must say she does have a nice nendo, aside from coming with her :9 face as default, she also has a serious face and what managed to amaze me was that she comes with a winged device backpack which she used against Twenty by the end of the series; she also comes with her umauma stick which she usually munches and, of course, that rod device which she uses to channel her toys.
Additionally, like Elly's release, she also comes with her possessed counterpart as an extra body and head which is none other than Nero Wolfe. XD
Nendo Nero is scheduled for an April 2012 release for 3500 yen (tax inclusive). Images and info from GSC product page.

September Hauls: Pink, Black and White
Anyway these hauls were from last weekend and since I'll be out again this weekend, better post it today XD
As you can see it's my 3rd Nendoroid rendition of Sherlock XD now written in full "Sherlock Shellingford" instead of being written as "Sharo" like the game and petit versions did. 2nd is my new grail, the BRS Game White Premium box and I definitely love it! Already shot WRS, so, her review should come up soon and I already did an initial review in Onii-chan. :3 I've also managed to beat the game as of Tuesday night XD it's quite short and easy and I'll be posting some starter guides on the game soon. :D
Anyway, that's it for now~ Enjoy!
Also, Team Onii-chan will have another display this weekend which is why I'm out again for the weekend and I'll have these two displayed there, so, do pass by! ^^
Anyway, that's it for now~ Enjoy!

Good Smile Company's Upcoming 1/8 Arsene
And she'll charm you using her Illusion toys. :3
Booby rival of loli team Milky Holmes receives her first figure treatment as a scaled figure even surpassing cho-moe and baka heroine, Sherlock Shellingford as the first Milky Holmes scaled figure. And even as such, Arsene doesn't fail to impress, GSC's using the same gloss powers they imbued on the now hard to find Rin Tohsaka UBW, on this seductive thief. And as additional treat, you can remove Arsene's mask which IMO looks better since I never liked Arsene anyway but I did love her president guise, Henriette; and removing her mask pretty much gives you the said identity already.
Arsene will be part of GSC's release for the upcoming new year of 2012; though prophecy dictates it to be the "end" of our beloved world, Arsene is definitely coming for 6800 yen and believe it, more to come from our (or mine at least) favorite company. Images and info from GSC's product page.

Good Smile Company's Upcoming Nendoroid Hercule Barton
So HNGHHHHHHH, so gorgeous~
Finally adding to the Milky Holmes crew is the green-themed Elly-san, the very reserved girl who actually knows "a lot" despite her shyness and has the toys that give her super strength! As for faceplates, being the silent and reserved chara she is, she only has one extra, a crying face! (perfect, lol!) And additionally, she will have an extra body (I think) which allows you to pose her in that epic sit pose during the twister game Kokoro put them through in the earlier episodes.
Additionally, we are given a bald head cap and another body frame, a fat one this time and a mustache, to recreate her appearance back when Poirot possessed her, lololol!
Elly-chan is slated for another December release for 3500 yen. Images and info from GSC's product page.

Review: [Good Smile Company] Nendoroid #122 Sharo
| Figure Information | |
| Manufacturer: | Good Smile Company |
| Origin Series: | Tantei Opera Milky Holmes |
| Scale: | Non-Scale |
| Height: | Approximately 10cm tall |
| Original Price: | 10,290 Yen |
| Set Contents: |
Well, if you've been reading my posts before, you'd know how I got my Sharo. So, yeah, I'd just do a quick run on these since I don't really have them. XD As you all know (or not), Sharo's an exclusive nendoroid (which explains the high original yen price), bundled with the Tantei Opera Milky Holmes PSP Game Limited Edition along with the Game's OST and, like her petit counterpart, a weiss schwarz card set. (according to amiami anyway)
But anyway, here's a link of how her box actually looks like; it's a actually a pretty decent box if you ask me and it's appealing enough, I mean, I just love that checkered cloth-like pattern there and the use of brown just makes it appealing.
But anyway, here's a link of how her box actually looks like; it's a actually a pretty decent box if you ask me and it's appealing enough, I mean, I just love that checkered cloth-like pattern there and the use of brown just makes it appealing.
| Figure Details: |
Stunningly appealing in every way, Nendoroid Sharo has really great details, I mean those frills, those cute ring-shape hair, her pinkness; they're all pretty much building up to show you how super cute Sharo is, and unlike her petit counterpart, her Muffler's actually a separate piece made of soft material which explains why even if I don't have her base AND special connector, I can use the special connector-less base or di:stage as substitute and still manage to peg them on her back which was a pretty nice touch. Her hat is still very well made and the jewel in the ribbon on the left side of her hat actually looks like a jewel; a really well-made hat and it actually has a peg inside which you'll be inserting to a hole on her front hairpiece so that her hat would stay attached and won't come off.
| Accessories: |
Sharo doesn't have much, she has a ribbon, a notebook (according to my acquaintance and certified nendo addict who owns a complete box set of this, Alexander, but I got 2 anyway, hmmm, in exchange for the base I guess? XD), a magnifying glass, a pair of bent arms, a pair of fists and a right hand which can hold the magnifying glass and a pretty decent amount of 3 more extra faces/expressions (all of which are SUPER cute in their own definition). (>v<)
Similarly to her petit, you can switch her Hat with her ribbon and peg the ribbon into the very same hole you peg the hat into.
A certain detail caught my attention with her magnifying glass, since the glass itself actually gives more impression that it really magnifies, but I really don't think it is anyway. A great optical illusion if you ask me :D
| Articulation: |
Well, like most non-super moveable nendos, she basically has a swivel in her shoulders and waist, while her hips and neck is powered by nendo joints. Her hair rings look like they're powered by swivels but I didn't bother adjusting them since they're attached tightly and the peg might break if I force it.
Sharo's articulation is actually heavily limited due to her muffler, and even if I did have the special connector, it wouldn't make much difference anyway, you basically can just swivel her arms a bit and the muffler would mostly get in the way, if you do force it, it may come off (happened to me a lot here) But you can actually choose to remove her muffler and give her a wider range.

And she got it... :p
While actually doing so makes Sharo kinda lacking in many ways, so, better keep that muffler intact.
But still overall even with her limited articulation, she does look really cute thanks to her many faces of HNGHHH-ness and yeah, you'd only really need to raise her arm actually so you can have a better pose with the magnifying glass.
| Final Thoughts: |
So yeah, even with the upcoming nendoroid Sharo -anime version-, the game version still pretty much takes the cake because of her ftw faces which can be used in virtually a lot of nendoroid fun sessions. Her articulation might be a little meh but it still doesn't cancel the fact she is probably one of the cutest nendos around. Given you have a chance to grab her at a fair price (her price is quite insane these days), grab it, the faces alone make her so much worth it; definitely a good nendo to get. Oh yeah, the images links were from a japanese review of Sharo that came out months ago.

April Hauls: Of Bots, Replacements and Gold
Cure White again!? Don't worry it's not really something I bought again :p
So yeah, about Cure White, remember that I said my first one had a defect? Well, the online shop replaced it for free (except for shipping, of course) and I still get to keep the old one to put at that :D And since she's here~ You can expect Cure Black and White reviews soon :>
Now that takes care of the replacement part in the title; Going to the bot, which is another Transformers haul and this time the mighty leader of the Decepticons, Megatron, in his War for Cybertron appearance. Basically I have always preferred the Takara ones over Hasbro especially with WfC Megs since the color is much much nicer in many ways. And yeah, I was caught up with this, the sci-fi revo skeleton or Human Alliance Shadow Blade Sideswipe and after a long time of thinking earlier, I figured UN Megs would be the harder find if his stocks go out like crazy.
And that's for the Bot part and now the Gold... Ever wondered what's inside that white box?

It actually contains a very rare (not to mention insanely expensive these days) nendoroid; and it's none other than Sharo! YES! THE GAME VERSION! I actually got lucky and got it for 6k yen without the game AND without her friggin' base (which also means I don't get her special connector so it can slide with ease on her back) But yeah, it's a pretty good deal, the nendoroid itself is complete and the base problem is actually not that big of a problem since it's nothing a di:stage can't handle but yeah, it stretches her muffler a bit but since it's soft material, no harm done! :D

Review: [Good Smile Company] Nendoroid Petit Sherlock Shellingford -Anime version-
| Figure Information | |
| Manufacturer: | Good Smile Company |
| Origin Series: | Tantei Opera Milky Holmes |
| Scale: | Non-Scale |
| Height: | Approximately 6.5cm tall |
| Original Price: | 6,090 Yen (DVD release) |
| Set Contents: |
Nendo petit Sharo is actually like a lot of petit releases lately, which are bundles. In Sharo's case, she bundled with the first release of either the DVD or Blu-ray Disc of Milky Holmes anime volume 2 (containing episodes 2 and 3). So, it's pretty much an exclusive run but anyway, here's the limited edition box first.
Well, that's just an outer casing, back of it is filled with Sharos and a pic of the rest of the MH crew. Anyway, from the side you'll be able to pull out the real contents of the set, and as I've mentioned, this is the DVD version so, here they are:
Lols, surprised at the petit box? Well, I'll show that after this. I just really thought that it was the DVD and nendo only but to my surprise, when I opened the DVD case, dyaran~
A little pack is included inside containing weiss schwarz cards of Sharo; yes, cards! 4 of them, but... all 4 are the same and what's more ironic is that the DVD design, the Cards, the DVD Case art and even the set box... They're all friggin the same Sherlock art, talk about artwork overload. XD So, now, we head for the main event, the nendo petit figure!
As you can see, the box is pretty plain, just white with the Milky Holmes title in the middle, Nendo petit logo above it and gsc logo below. While it does look plain, it's kinda nice how it looks like a notebook or sorts because of the border in the front. Anyway, curious to find out the content? Lol, the figure is just at the very center, it just so happened that, it was packed this way:
| Figure Details: |
By default, Sharo's hairband has a hollow point in the middle, so, you'll have to insert the ribbon here to block it off. The nendoroid is based from her Tantei oufit. I've always liked how GSC manages to put as much details as they can even for such really small figures like the petits. Well, Sharo's rings in her doesn't have any details such as layers but there is one at the tip where it's supposed to be connected to the rest of her hair. Going back to the clothes, it's amazing really how they managed to put every detail well and even included the frills, really nice job for GSC here.
| Accessories: |
Of course, as you see above, there's the magnifying glass, it's really a must to be attached but hey, no one's stopping you from not using it, which is why I counted it as an accessory. The magnifying glass is pretty nice, though it's just transparent plastic in all means, it kinda gives off a wonder of whether it really magnifies vision or not at first look, another job well done for the material here.
Lastly, of course, the Tantei outfit won't be complete without Sharo's semi checkered detective's cap with a single ribbon on the left side. And you'll need to pull out the ribbon when you use this hat, but in overall sense, it does fit Sharo better XD
| Articulation: |
Sharo's articulation points are as follows: ball jointed neck, swivels in the rings in her hair, her shoulders and her waist. Those are the typical points of Nendo petits but here's some additional facts with my nendo puchi Sharo; for the hair rings, I've only managed to rotate the left ring, as the right won't budge and if I forced it too much, it might break to I didn't continue. Her hands looks like they can be rotated but despite the amount of force I've used, they won't rotate but at least the left hand kind of rotate a bit.
I won't be hitting on the petits' articulation points that seriously since they are indeed something like higher level trading figures. But still, despite the minimal points of articulation, she's still pretty fun to pose around, after all, puchi's do have their own charms; you just have to play with the neck and shoulder joints carefully and you'll be surprised that your puchi can actually pose a total of 3-5 poses despite how it was made to have a supposedly single pose. Fun shots below~
| Final Thoughts: |
Well, I really liked my very first Sharo figure but to suggest to others, well, I'd say, just get the upcoming regular size anime version, despite how cute this is. The price is just too high considering the it's just a dvd with 4 cards and a nendo, it's way more expensive than the BRS BD/DVD limited edition set, and that one was really jam packed with a lot of stuff and even contained 2 petits with quite a number of options to boot. But still, are you a Sharo-tard like me? Then, by all means and given you won't be regretting things, GO AHEAD AND GET ONE! 8D
