So yeah, I know blog activity has been very slow recently but I do find time to update it at least once a month so everyone knows that the blog's still alive and stuff, I was supposedly posting a review last night but I wasn't able to finish it, so yeah, a little later for that.

A Figure-y Christmas!
Depending on where you live, it may or may not be Christmas already and I, for one, am already "late" for the Christmas Greetings here in the Philippines! So, anyway, Tony finds his nice couch occupied by rather uninvited guests but hey, there's pizza for everyone to enjoy courtesy of Shocker Pizza!
Anyway, I really am sorry that the shot might not have been the brightest of colors since I shot that under our Christmas Tree here at home. XD But anyway, A very MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my readers out there! Hope you all have a great time in this special day! :D

Hello 2012!
I know I'm 1 day late to greeting here in our country but still...
Well, first thing's first, a little recap of 2011; for starters, the blog certain had reached its peak so far during the recently ended year of 2011 as it was the most active year especially in between March to October since the figure reviews kept on coming and coming as well as certain news and even some reports from some of Team Onii-chan's figure displays.
While the posting had significantly reduced back in the latter half of October to December due to my Dad's unfortunate passing and thanks to an MMORPG called Dragon Nest, rest assured that the blog will still go on as the love for figures definitely won't die and those news, reviews and time to time update on the Eternal Song will keep on coming for this brand new year!
As I've already introduced last month, as another part of my reviews, I'll be featuring special reviews (revoltech Optimus Prime being the first) which would be reviews of figures that I do not own, these figures are borrowed from friends and family members and have gone through my own photoshoot session and then reviewed by yours truly. As I'll also be busy with work, dragon nest, some rare admin roles at Team Onii-chan and the usual displays, I'll make to a point that I post at least 2 reviews a month XD And also, I'm thinking of changing my usual review sections (although it still will be text heavy) so more points will tackled accordingly and I might also eliminate the scoring since... well, if you noticed I always give high scores for my reviews so it's pretty useless I guess XD
I'll also be changing the visuals soon and hopefully the layout as well for more friendly reading and more actual space for the entries since I do think that the post space is rather small considering I've been using the normal size text recently. But anyway, I'll be ending my post here and more 2011 recaps (Team Onii-chan's biggest display yet, hauls and whatnot) will come along after this post so stay tuned and once again, a Happy New Year to all of you!

A Merry Christmas To All of You!
Santa lolis? How I wish they really exist!
I would say Xmas isn't so alive this year in our country for some reason, it's like a normal day and top it off since we can't put xmas decors due to tradition because as you might (or not) remember, my Dad died a few months ago. But hey, Xmas is still Xmas, a time of lovin and all XD So, to my fellow collectors, readers, friends and whatnot, a merry merry Xmas to all of you! I sure went pig mode today lololol! So, yeah, that's it for the greeting but... as the song says, there are 12 days of Xmas, so, let's enjoy it shall we and 2011 is soon ending as well. Whether the 2012 prophecy is true or not, let's just enjoy life as we know it and I sure am thanks to a certain Homerun-chan XP
Anyway, I guess I'll punch these in for my last Xmas wave and the actual Xmas gifts since they aren't orders, one of them is a gift from my sis (wooooot) while two others are bought by me since they're on ridiculous clearance. So yeah, that's it and a Merry Xmas again! XDDD

Happy Birthday, Miku-chan!
And that's time of the year again~
It's been officially 4 years since Vocaloid 2 Character Series #01, Hatsune Miku, was introduced to the world. Starting from roughly made songs, with the help of various composers from the great people over at Japan, Miku had climbed a great ladder to the top and now is pretty much famous worldwide. Spawning a ridiculous amount of different costumes per certain PVs, an almost infinite number of songs, an upgraded version called Append and even gaining her own game had just added the costume fest.
Also being the mascot for one my favorite manufacturers, GSC, Miku has become quite a standard face in the figure collecting hobby. And now for her birthday, GSC has also released 4 Miku-related items which I'll be posting in a while. ^^ And as for me, aside from this greeting, I'll also be posting a number of backlog reviews of Miku throughout the remainder of the week particularly 3-5 Mikus which would be the Petits from Vocaloid 01 set, nendo Racing Miku and finally, World is Mine as today, the world is really hers! So, once again, a happy birthday to Miku-chan! :3

2010 Wrap-up: Welcome 2011!
Well, a little late post but first of all, Happy New Year, everyone! Hoping that 2011 will be a better year~
Anyway, here's a little wrap up from 2010.
First, hauls. Apparently even if I thought DM original was the last, the POs were open during the in between of Christmas and New Year and one more managed to make it just before the year ends. And here's my final Haul:
What is that? Well, that's the BRS Blu-ray/DVD limited edition release which comes with an artbook, a nendoroid petit of BRS and DM and etc as a bonus for the so-called "limited" edition release. Anyway, here's a little something for a good friend of mine who has a ponytail fetish, it's an overdue gift from me :))
Just before the Year ended, I managed to clean up my room, of course, this includes my cab and figures. And after more than 6 hours of figure cleaning and rearranging, here's the result.
Well, the cab does look old and I should really invest for a new one already and hopefully 2011 gives me that cab. Still around more than 10 figures are yet to be put in there since they're still sealed in their boxes. Anyway, that's that for the wrap up, will be posting my top 10 hauls for the year as well soon enough. As for 2011, I'm finally streamlining my large figures since my space really isn't getting larger so I decided to just focus on Shrines, BRS series, Tony Taka illustrated Shining series characters and some of my most awaited from 2010. I probably won't be continuing my plans on going nendos but focus more on my backlogs for the sci-fi revo and sic lines, as for my main line, it'll be D-arts while figmas, aside from shrines and brs series, I'll be getting some more Se.Kirara and Touhou characters. But of course, rest assured that this blog will continue, even if I don't know if anyone reads my posts :))

So here's the Christmas Special which just happened to be plausible to insert in the Everlasting Bonds Arc. Anyway, from a fight-filled episode, we go to a more warm episode this time, showing the incredible will to protect from both Greymon's and Miku's perspectives. Happy Birthday Miku-chan~
Don't want to be getting pics from google now XD
Anyway, as the title reads, today is Miku's 3rd "birthday" since her appearance to the world.
Miku's supposedly 19 years old now, lol. But anime/game/whatever timeline doesn't let our characters get old so... in a sense, Miku is still that cute 16 year old we all know and love~ :D
Anyway, A planned scheduled "gift" for Miku in this blog will go up as soon as August 31 starts, a figure review again of none other than Birthday Girl's figure. :3 Anyway, as for some things that will happen... Today, Good Smile Company will start taking reservations for Miku's newest nendoroid rendition which I will blog again later on~ Anyway, Happy Birthday again Miku~ May the world continue to be granted presence of such a wonderful Diva. ^^
More happenings earlier this year would be the release of Miku's Append version and the sequel to the PSP rhythm game, Project Diva, entitled "Project Diva 2nd". Anyway, those are old news already XD Anyway, it's 12 right now, so, with it I end this greeting :D

Congratulations, New Graduates!
Finally, school life is all over!
Well, just a short greeting to all people who also graduated today or recently.
Finally, as I've mentioned in my last bulk update, I'm at work now and I've just officially graduated earlier. Whew, finally... All those years of studying is at an end. Hope everything goes well after this. ^^ Too bad though, am still waiting for a grad gift from my parents XD :P hahaha, anyway, congrats again to all my fellow graduates and for those who are still studying, keep it up and do your best if you're already getting tired of school. ^^6
Anyway, as a little "present" to everybody though Sakura trees are almost non-existent here, the song playing at the back is Miku's song for graduating students in japan, entitled "Sakura no Ame" ^^ This is the PD game edit version btw. :D
