July Hausl: The Super Dimensional Cinderella and the Perfecter Users
Well, I know I haven't updated the blog much but I'm always out on my free-blogging time during weekends, so for that I apologize for not updating my blog. Good thing my friend, fifthstitch, keeps the blog alive XD I'll try to catch up but I'll surely make a report on wonderfest which is coming soon. (next week, I think)
Anyway, today's hauls as you can see is Ranka Lee from Macross Frontier and SIC Volume 41, X and Appologeist. Ranka took quite a lot of "sweet-talking" my good friend, lelouch before he decided to give his order slot to me XD But I was successful, soooo, there. Anyway, I've embedded Ranka's Seikan Hikou, remixed by my vocaloid composer idol, kz, in this post; it's basically the song she sang on the series where she showed her trademark *kira* pose included in this figure.
Next one is SIC Vol. 41, I strongly hesitated on this and two other revoltechs (yes, your blogger is currently under revoltech fan mode) but later on decided that X and Appolo would be harder to find and more expensive once it disappears. So there, I got them and now I just need Riderman to complete the first 7 riders, well, Stronger isn't out yet but I ordered one, soooo, there. XD
That's all for now, really promise to update this thing by next week XDDD

Hong Kong Hauls
Total hauls from Hk...
I'm back in the Failippines and before you conclude anything...
Not all of the ones above are mine, see the rest of the post for a break down loool! (as well as some HK shops guide)
Not all of the ones above are mine, see the rest of the post for a break down loool! (as well as some HK shops guide)
Like I said in my previous post, Hong Kong is a nest for Bandai, most especially Tamashii, items. Well, to sum up, me and my sis found the nest of anime pvc figures quite late, so... I ended up mostly with Kamen Riders. Here are my figure hauls first:
Well, the first day we went there, the first mall we went to was CTMA in Mongkok near Nathan Road, and since it was kinda late already, some shops were already closed but quite a few ones were still open and since it was the first night, I had to resist spending first, but I saw a particular VERY high priority target from one of the closed shops. It was SIC Knight and Ohjya, really REALLY good a price for something really rare online, so I got it the next day :D and we went to the neighboring shop as well called Animate, you should see it when your taking the escalator up the CTMA mall, it should have a huge Gundam and Ultraman at the window placed at the second floor. Unable to find something good, I decided to get Zolda and Taiga the following day since some of the malls I've been told were already missing probably replaced through the years that passed. Before I got Vol. 27, I hesitated whether to get it or the Kuji Wedding Dress Kallen, but Zolda had a higher weight since Zolda and Taiga, in the long run, will for sure be harder to find and much more expensive.
I thought those 2 would end my HK hauling but from the shop that sold the Kallen, there was the Kuji Anya and I really like Anya the most out of the Geass girls, so, I had to get one since it doesn't look like companies are planning to make a large fig of her soon. Then weekend came, my sister bought a hobby magazine in Hong Kong, and listed there were some more stores in Mongkok so, we went out after eating dinner Saturday night from a tiring day at Disneyland to look for those shops and there... I encountered the vignett Mikus from Sega at a shop in Sino Centre, just found behind the CTMA mall in Nathan Road, and since it was a bargain even though they were sold as a set, I bought it, thinking I could sell Rin and Luka in the long run. So there, lastly before we left, I returned for the Kuji Ranka and that's it for my figure hauls. XD
Moving on, here are a few more extra hauls which are non-figures:
As I've mentioned above, we went to disneyland and I saw this Mickey wallet which I really liked, and luckily, my sis gave it to me! 8D At least I have a new wallet now after n years. The Hero Saga mag was also given to me by my sis, and the dioramas were really amazing! The Hatsune Mix manga is a HK translated one so it's easier to read somehow and since it wasn't that much, I bought it XD Last but not least is actually my first haul, the Zaku II shirt, I like Char's Zaku and that was reason enough for me to get it :))
Now moving on to things not mine :p
The two above are gifts: RX to my friend fifthstitch while the PPP Macross Frontier are for some good friends at Otakai while the rest are free to those who can see me first at GH on Sat from the Otakai community.
Lastly, these are some figures that I bought for some Otakai friends, of course, they have to pay me for these with added small service charge :p Anyway, the brown one is SHF Rising Ultimate Kuuga (Black Eyes version)

December Hauls Wave 3!
Today was Otakai's 1st Xmas Party
And I wasn't expecting to take these much home XD
Well, really screwed up a bit since I had like 3 hours of sleep only but... Heck the day went well.
Well, before proceeding to GH, I asked a friend from Otakai to go with me to one of the stores of the other members, I hesitated a bit yesterday but Wasabi had a note that the petit doesn't guarantee all characters to be obtained, so... I asked one of our suppliers in Otakai if his set surely contains all 10 + the secret Miku, he replied yes and quickly I didn't care for my pre-order slot in wasabi for a while and decided to get his set instead. I got it earlier and my friend got Lelouch's Fate and then we proceeded to GH but the party really starts at 5pm XD so, we had to roam GH and chat chat chat and time flied, during lunch, my friend gave me a box as a Christmas present, I only opened it during the party and found out it was a Figumate Ryoko and while on the time frame of waiting for 5pm, I had to stop by GreatToys to get the Sega Prize Ryoko, the figma sized but really nicely done Ryoko and it was on sale, so good for the wallet. Lastly, another one of my friends in Otakai, my "imouto" in the Otakai family, gave me a the kuji Lucky Star X Macross Frontier containing Hiyori, waaa, cute even if I didn't know her but still pretty much good to display with Nendos XD

Murakami's Updates (December '09)
I am back and so is Miku~~~ ^-^
Finally free of those burdens I was bound to last month. XD
Just a little update on some notable figs for me and stuff.
ActSta... Your thoughts?
With the recent release of the very first figure developed for the ActSta line, Subaru Nakajima from Majou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS.
ActSta is pretty much a posable large fig which tries its best in hiding those joints to give you a sense of viewing a static figure when it's in pose. Well, from what I've seen so far from Subaru, it's pretty good. Toybu features a pretty neat review of her, really really nice. But who knows what might happen to this line. I do hope GSC continues the line though. So what are your thought? Will ActSta prove to live a long life or would it be like Bandai's Twist Action Form line which died pretty much after 5 releases? lol!
Alter and MegaHouse has done it again!
Alter, which pretty much in my opinion, produces probably most of the better large scale figs out there while MegaHouse proves to give a really good bargain with their excellent model core line. And when these two combines, you get Alpha x Omega, a collab which started pretty much started last year and well, they've been releasing a good amount of really wonderful figs and the latest is Ranka Lee from Macross Frontier, well, I haven't really watched it myself but it goes that I buy the figure first before I start watching. And AxO Ranka is totally looking good especially that *kira* pose, it's an ultimate WIN XD

Now, am just hestating since May, her release date, is pretty much the same release as VN02 Miku. >_<
Miku!? Again!???
Companies just won't stop milking my beloved waifu, as Volks presents an updated version of their 1/6 Miku, this time called Encore version. It's basically the first Volks Miku with an added face and arms that brings out Miku's moe factor which is really great. Hoo boy, my wallet sure is dead next year since this is another exclusive, an event exclusive to put at that. Below's a pic of the Encore Miku

Review Renewal
Well, I haven't started editing stuff yet but I'll be putting related figures to each figure I've reviewed and will be reviewing to make it a little, I dunno, better? XD
RO Sniper Madness
Well, Level-Up games decided to give pRO a x2 modifier last week which results in a x3 for Valkyrie server, I finally played may huntress again and finally managed to turn her into a Sniper.

The catch is that I only played her last Saturday from a Huntress but yesterday, she's already level 94 as a Sniper, having access to Thor's Volcano is definitely madness, the exp just raises like insane there. XD
Disposal at maximum
Like I've mentioned in my Teana haul post, I've been disposing a lot of figures lately. Well for one, I think I'll be sticking may Fate series to Saber only and those which I really like, unlike before where I really wanted to get them all at 1/7 scales. Another diposed line was Tales of the Abyss, well, Tear proved not nice to me but I didn't want Natalia to be left alone since I didn't really like her as a character, so there, disposed. As for my Shining Wind line, only sticking to my favorites and the ones I liked so my plan of completing the Weiss Ritter is no more as I am now disposing Ryuna.
POTD!? OMG!!
Lol, yeah, the pic I used for this time's update is Witch Miku, which I formed using Yuki's expansion parts that came with Ryoko's Nendo. And surprisingly, I uploaded her pic at tsuki before I slept and when I woke, she was part of the POTD. I'm really glad ^^

October Haul # 6
Today's really really unplanned haul is hmmm, how shall I describe this... One of Philippines' first official Ichiban Kuji premiums that had reached the local stores. I really like how Tsukasa is very much moe, and that's what's probably fun about Lucky Star figs, when they get to cosplay as other characters where Tsukasa is in Macross Frontier's Ranka Lee's outfit. Last haul indeed... very much worth it. This Tsukasa is just pure WIN!

Murakami's Updates (October '09) Part 2
Asakura Invasion starts!
Well, if you've noticed the pre-order list, Max's 1/8 Ryoko has been included. She's actually a pretty old figure already, old like 2 years ago which makes her a bit hard to find but still pretty much available to ebay but with higher prices. A few days ago, another sale went up at riuva and I was lucky enough to win the bid for Ryoko for 70SGD, really sweet if you ask me. And with her arriving, it'll be the start of Ryoko's "invasion" in my collection XD

P-Style "Hyper Mode" CG Gold finally unlocked!
Well, as you know, I've been trying to beat the hell of out Disappearance of Hatsune Miku hard for months now and I've finally done it thanks to the tips I read from YouTube users. Probably the P-Style CG Gold is the toughest to unlock since it'll require you to "great" all songs on Hard. And here's the module, the one I usually call "Hyper Mode" since she pretty much reminds me of G Gundam XD

More space for future figures
Well, I've rearranged the boxes yesterday since they're pretty much eating too much space already. Good thing I managed to rearrange them this way:

Official disposal
Well, if you've noticed my tsuki profile (>>>) the number's gone down to 43, yeah, I still have the figures with me but I'm seriously getting rid of them unlike Satsuki who'll soon be relisted to my collection if she survives just a few more days. I've discarded Sega Rin Kagamine, Sega Arcuied Brunestud, Banpresto Kallen Kozuki and my two Twist Action Form Riders. I'm selling them right now but only locally though.
Shelf rearrangement
Yeah, I've rearranged my shelf again but I won't be showing it pretty soon, I'll fix up some stuff first to make it look a lot better but the shelf is more spacy now compared to the previous setup.
More Beach Queens for Wave
Yeah, Wave is planning to complete the K-On characters and add Minmay and Mylene from Macross series. Too lazy to upload pics right now but you can view it at akibahobby. ^^
That's all for now.
